AlphaGraphics offers design printing signs fulfillment promotional apparel and mailing solutions to our customers. We are customer-focused and deadline driven. AlphaGraphics currently has an opening for a full-time on-site Account Manager.

Working in this position you will be responsible for responding to client emails and requests generating estimates and job tickets answering the phone and routing calls as well as customer follow up and account penetration. Although these are the primary responsibilities you will also be exposed to other facets of the organization.

What are we looking for

1 year print and/or sign sales experience required (similar to Account Manager positions at Minuteman Press Allegra Fast Signs etc)
Excellent communication skills
The desire and ability to sell a full range of products and solutions
A genuine desire to meet the customers needs
Persuasive and goal driven
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Problem solving and solutions oriented
Pleasant and professional demeanor
Relationship and consultative sales experience helpful
Exceptional ability to establish and maintain effective personal relationships
Familiarity with standard computer software programs
Ability to learn and adopt new software as necessary
PrintSmith or similar print/signs MIS experience helpful
