2 5 years of experience supporting IT or software development projects
Strong understanding of SDLC (Agile Scrum Waterfall)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel:
Pivot tables
Advanced formulas (INDEX/MATCH XLOOKUP IF statements)
Charts and dashboards
Data validation and reporting automation
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint:
Executive presentations
Data visualization
Slide design and storytelling
Experience with project management tools (Jira Confluence MS Project Asana etc.)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
