Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:Proactively generate leads through networking cold calling and email outreach to build a strong pipeline.
  • Sales Presentations:Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients to highlight value and features.
  • Negotiation & Closing:Negotiate contract terms pricing and service agreements to close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly quotas.
  • Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat business.
  • CRM & Reporting:Maintain detailed records of sales activities customer interactions and pipeline progress in the CRM system.
  • Market Intelligence:Monitor competitor activity industry trends and product innovations to keep the company competitive.
  • Collaboration:Work with marketing customer service and product teams to ensure client satisfaction and provide feedback.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience:Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.
  • Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Technology:Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Negotiation:Strong negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset.
  • Education:Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field preferred.
  • Soft Skills:High emotional intelligence time management and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
