Were looking for a Receiver to join our Receiving team to receive separate and open mail daily. Youll report to the Receiving Manager / Receiving Supervisor and work from our Boca Raton FL office.

Schedule: Mon- Fri 7:30am-4:00pm ( OT as needed)

What Youll Do:

• Open separate and itemize departments mail by service type.

• Match count and check items.

• Verify service type with payment and verify its eligibility.

• Enter item information into the database and print stickers containing order details.

• Work with the Customer Service department to resolve pending issues with open orders.

• Work with the Problem Orders department to resolve problems and expedite completion of customers orders.

• Work with the Sales department for orders that have special deals and/or pricing.

• Work with other cross-functional teams on special projects and/or deals.

• Attend National Trade shows and represent the company in a professional demeanor.

Physical Requirements:

• Long periods of sitting walking and/or standing

• Bending neck/waist twisting neck/waist squatting and regular hand use

• Regularly lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds

• Occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds or more with employee help and/or proper equipment

Hourly Range:The reasonable estimated hourly rate for this position is $16.50/Hr. compensation varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors including location job level prior experience and skill set.
