We are looking for a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator I. This position will be based in Raleigh NC.

Youll make an impact by:

• Contacting customers for additional shipping info
• Creating shipping BOLs Proformas for International Shipments and other documents using SAP
• Coding freight for payment in our Freight Billing system
• Safely operating a stand-up reach truck stand-up order picker and sit-down forklift in high traffic areas and narrow aisles
• Responsible for the accurate receipt of goods verifies items against the record of shipment inspects condition and files damage claims with carriers.
• Recording received items according to established procedures.
• Maintaining and managing inventory.
• Must adhere to all safety rules developed processes and keep safety first for self and others.
• Perform miscellaneous other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Management.

Youll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

• 1 years of experience with shipping or receiving responsibilities in a Manufacturing environment.
• Experience with SAP system
• Must have a valid drivers license
• Must be able to lift parts or sub-assemblies that weigh up to 50 lbs. occasionally
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Applicants must be legally authorized for employment within the United States without the need for current or future employer - sponsored work authorization.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED
• 3 years experience in shipping/receiving management
• 3 years experience driving a forklift
• Proficient with MS Office applications including but not limited to Word Excel and Outlook
• Technical training in area of responsibility
• Must have the ability to work independently with little guidance
• Must be able to perform job duties safely with a sense of urgency
• Must have great attention to detail while working to a deadline
• Must have a positive attitude work well with others and implement constructive criticism.
