Position Overview
Aimtron Electronics Limited is looking for a highly experienced and proactive Senior Admin Executive to oversee and manage daily administrative operations of our PAN India facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills leadership abilities and a proven track record of independently managing administrative facilities vendor and compliance functions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Office & Facility Management
- Oversee daytoday administration including office maintenance housekeeping security and infrastructure management.
- Ensure smooth functioning of utilities repairs and facility operations.
- Maintain workplace hygiene safety and compliance with company standards.
2. Vendor & Procurement Management
- Identify negotiate and coordinate with vendors for administrative purchases (stationery housekeeping supplies IT peripherals etc.).
- Monitor vendor performance and manage AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts).
- Ensure costeffective procurement aligned with company policies.
3. Asset & Inventory Control
- Maintain records of office assets equipment and consumables.
- Conduct periodic audits on inventory and ensure timely replenishment.
4. Compliance Security & Safety
- Ensure adherence to statutory compliance related to admin and facility operations.
- Oversee security protocols CCTV operations and visitor management.
- Coordinate safety drills fire safety audits and emergency response readiness.
5. Travel & Logistics Coordination
- Manage travel arrangements for employees including tickets accommodation and transportation.
- Coordinate employee logistics for official visits and events.
6. Administration Documentation
- Maintain administrative reports MIS agreements and documentation.
- Manage office communication circulars and official correspondences.
7. People & Team Management
- Supervise admin housekeeping security and facility staff.
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments for administrative support.
8. Event & Meeting Coordination
- Organize company events meetings conferences and employee engagement activities.
- Manage hospitality arrangements for internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA or relevant certification preferred.
- 810 years of experience in administration facility management or operations (manufacturing/electronics industry experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of facility management vendor negotiation compliance and audits.
- Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle multitasking deadlines and crisis situations.
