An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Transportation Specialist to join our Lantmännen Unibake team at our office in Pantelimon Ilfov.
In this role you will coordinate develop and perform tactical planning of transports to ensure optimal flows and contribute to process performance in accordance with annual objectives.
This is what you will do
Perform daily transport planning activities according to predefined procedures and contracts
Book and order transportation based on deliveries schedule to regular partners fleet looking for new transport solutions if necessary.
Obtaining UIT codes for agreed transports according to the legislation in place
Prepare transport documentation and ensures accurate information is maintained in systems (TMS ERP).
Coordinate daily assigned activities collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor process performance and react to problems as appropriate.
Handle daily operational relations and interfaces with selected freight management suppliers.
Contributes to improvements of daily procedures within department and in cooperation with stakeholders
