Key Account Sales Manager

Primary Duties:

• Responsible for the development of assigned Key Accounts including accountability for continuous achievement of sales and profit growth targets and execution of MFCPs Key Accounts program short and long-range goals plans and strategies
• Actively engage in customer sales calls and presentations networking with existing and prospective Key Accounts to ensure customer satisfaction to understand their needs develop and maintain long term relationships and identify and drive closure of new opportunities to achieve growth targets
• Manage Request for Quotes (RFQs) for assigned accounts and develop and implement RFQ strategies that increase success rate and ensure profitability goals and expectations are met
• In coordination with Legal and other MFCP management responsible for negotiating terms and conditions contracts and rebates
• Monitor customer sales profit and volume performance against budget
• Collaborate with Credit and Finance to support and influence payment within approved terms by our Key Accounts
• Implementation and support of Key Account processes and tools that drive productivity efficiencies and continuous improvement through regular quarterly business review (QBRs)

Basic Requirements:

• 7 10 years experience in previous senior-level commercial role
• Proficient in MS Office
• Highly motivated self-directed and customer service oriented
• Strong organization planning and prioritizing abilities
• Demonstrate strong math aptitude attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Results driven with strong business acumen strategically minded with ability to problem solve and exemplary decision making

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Work is generally completed in an office environment. Frequent sitting computer work and phone use are required with occasional walking standing bending and lifting up to 20 pounds.

Salary:

$100K base salary plus commission incentive
