We are seeking an experienced Senior Test Manager tojoin a well-established Test Centre (TCE) operating with a mature andproven testing strategy and methodology.

This role offers the opportunity to manage a portfolio ofstrategic projects within the Savings and Protection domainsensuring high-quality delivery across complex systems and business-criticalapplications. You will operate in a structured yet Agile environment drivingexcellence across test strategy planning execution governance andclosure.

Key Responsibilities

Test Strategy &Design

• Define and organize the overall test strategy across multiple projects or Tribes
• Conduct workshops and align stakeholders on test scope and methodology
• Ensure delivery of all test design documentation in compliance with standards
• Identify documentation gaps and raise risks proactively
• Report progress to project management and leadership

Test Management &Governance

• Manage a portfolio of test projects including budget forecasting and cost control
• Develop and monitor planning estimations and resource allocation
• Identify and manage test-related risks and action plans
• Ensure alignment on timeline quality and budget commitments
• Oversee delegated test activities and validate strategy planning and closure

Test Execution &Control

• Decide Go/No-Go for test phases
• Ensure execution compliance with defined standards
• Guarantee proper defect tracking and result documentation
• Monitor and report test progress to stakeholders and committees

Test Closure &Continuous Improvement

• Produce final test reports and closure documentation
• Identify improvements in estimations processes and procedures
• Update reference documentation
• Conduct performance reviews with test team members

Leadership &Stakeholder Management

• Manage multiple test teams within your portfolio
• Lead governance committees (progress & defects)
• Provide methodological support during project lifecycle
• Communicate effectively with Sponsors Project Managers Developers and Test Leaders

Technical Background

• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Strong understanding of project methodologies (Agile & Waterfall)
• Deep knowledge of ISTQB principles testing methodologies and vocabulary
• Experience managing test automation within CI/CD environments
• Experience in life insurance or banking applications (desirable)
