Job Summary
We are hiring a Relationship Manager – TASC & Government Banking to manage and expand relationships with Government Departments Autonomous Bodies Educational Institutions and Trusts. The role involves liability acquisition relationship management and revenue growth within the assigned locations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage portfolio of TASC (Trusts Associations Societies Clubs) and Government Banking clients.
Acquire new Government and Institutional accounts to increase CASA and overall liability book.
Drive revenue through cross-selling banking products such as FD CMS Trade Forex Insurance and other fee-based products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in Government bodies and institutions.
Ensure achievement of business targets – CASA growth fee income and overall portfolio expansion.
Monitor account performance and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams (Operations Compliance Credit Product) for smooth onboarding and servicing.
Ensure adherence to regulatory and bank compliance norms.
Track market opportunities and competitor activities in the region.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred)
3–8 years of experience in TASC / Government Banking / Institutional Banking
Strong knowledge of CASA Liability Products and Banking Operations
Experience in handling Government clients preferred
