Verizons Consumer Wholesale organization plays a crucial role in how Verizon presents itself in the marketplace enabling additional revenue streams and subscriber growth through consumer-focused MVNO distribution channels. This role is responsible for the end-to-end success of 2-3 premier reseller accounts including the delivery of strategic executive readouts to ensure alignment on key performance milestones and growth targets.
What youll be doing
As a Senior Client Partner Channel Management you willengage with tier 2 strategic channel partners on a day-to-day basis and execute plans to achieve revenue targets and objectives.
Deliver on channel development goals and lead commercial engagements with your resellers manage SoW intake work order process and contract execution
Develop and manage both executive and working-level relationships internally and externally
Work with channel management leaders to engage the broader team members within the Wholesale organizations Product Operations and Platform teams as well as external supporting organizations teams (Legal Finance Revenue Assurance) on customer issues procurement troubleshooting change requests and process improvements.
Ensure that both the customer and Verizon are meeting all contractual obligations.
Manage external client channel communications at the executive and working levels
Provide input on any escalations to senior management on critical issues/risks/decision points and management of these elements on an ongoing basis
Qualify customer strategic business requirements negotiate contracts exhibit strong financial management and ROI skills
Interact with external customers and internal organizations to provide input to product marketing and development
Control expenses to meet budget guidelines and adhere to all company policies procedures and business ethics codes
Where youll be working
In this hybrid role youll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office which will be set by your manager. Employees are responsible for maintaining compliance with hybrid work policies.

Youll need to have:
Bachelors degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant experience required demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience or specialized training.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
A degree
Three or more years of channel management experience with a tier 1 channel
Coordinated complex customer programs with internal and external team members.
Proven success in providing business solutions to Wholesale customers or large-scale corporate clients
Excellent customer communications interaction and presentation skills
Collaborated with internal cross-functional organizations and customers on complex projects
Demonstrated effective organization and negotiation skills
