Job Description: Senior Project Manager

Salary: $100000 - $115000 annually
Educational Qualification: High School Diploma
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple flooring and carpet projects from inception to completion ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and maintain a strong relationship throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to schedule resources effectively ensuring all project tasks are completed on time.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress address any issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Prepare and present detailed project plans including timelines risks and mitigation strategies to stakeholders.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project outcomes and efficiency.
- Manage project budgets track expenses and report financial performance to senior management.
- Mentor and oversee junior project team members providing guidance and support to ensure professional development.
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in project management or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar management role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of building relationships with clients and team members.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management preferably in the flooring and carpet industry.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex projects successfully.
- Experience with budget management and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of construction processes materials and safety regulations.
