- Process Improvement:Analyze current manufacturing methods to enhance employee safety improve efficiency reduce costs and improve quality.
- Engineering Support:Assist in designing testing and implementing new manufacturing tools fixtures and equipment.
- Documentation & Data:Create update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) work instructions and technical reports.
- Troubleshooting:Identify root causes of equipment or product defects and assist in implementing corrective actions.
- Lean Initiatives:Participate in 5S projects waste elimination and continuous flow improvement.
- Data Collection:Gather data to establish production rates labor standards and cost structures.
- Assembly Operations: Support day to day assembly line activity.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of CAD software (e.g. SolidWorks AutoCAD).
- Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial or manufacturing environment.
