We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst tojoin a dynamic Finance IT Tribe supporting the CRAC Squad withina large international financial environment.
This role sits at the intersection of Finance Risk andInformation Systems ensuring the proper functioning of reporting toolsaccounting flows and integration processes. You will work closely with Financestakeholders providing functional expertise supporting users and drivingcontinuous improvement of financial systems.

Key Responsibilities
Operational &Functional Support
- Ensure the smooth operational functioning of the CRAC integration flow scope
- Respond promptly to user needs within perimeter applications
- Monitor and follow up on IT and administrative incidents
- Oversee and monitor accounting flows
- Administer and evolve financial reporting tools
- Organize and deliver user training sessions
Business & SystemsImprovement
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Finance Information Systems
- Collaborate with Finance and Risk departments on system enhancements
- Provide functional expertise across project phases (analysis testing/acceptance training)
- Anticipate project impacts on reporting processes and tools
- Ensure compliance with quality and functional governance standards
- Identify and implement productivity gains
Stakeholder &Reporting Management
- Maintain strong relationships with users of reporting tools
- Act as liaison between IT Finance and Risk stakeholders
- Report within the Finance IT / DCG governance structure
Required Qualifications & TechnicalSkills
- Degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT/Financial project environments
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst
- Solid understanding of Finance concepts accounting flows and reporting processes
- Mandatory experience with Relational Database Administration tools
- Experience in project lifecycle activities (analysis acceptance deployment support)
