A Specialty Role with Real Support
Pain management is a specialty but you do NOT need pain management experience to succeed here.
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our outpatient pain management practice. This is an officeâbased role focused on scheduled outpatient visits patient education and collaborative care.
â No pain management experience required
â 2 weeks of handsâon initial training
â Daily ongoing access to supervising physicians
â Collaborative environment you are never practicing alone

Our patients live with chronic pain and often need providers who listen explain and guide them through their care.
Success in this role depends on:
- Strong communication skills
- Empathy and patience
- Ability to educate and set expectations
- Comfort with officeâbased outpatient visits
If you bring professionalism and compassion we will train you on the specialty.
What Youll Do
- Conduct painâfocused histories and physical exams
- Manage acute and chronic pain conditions in collaboration with supervising physicians
- Develop and follow treatment plans for outpatient visits
- Provide preâ and postâprocedure followâup care
- Educate patients on diagnoses treatment options and next steps
- Prescribe medications per state and practice guidelines
- Document visits clearly in the EMR
- Collaborate daily with physicians MAs and clinical staff
Training & Ongoing Support
- Approximately 2 weeks of handsâon onboarding
- Sideâbyâside training in:
- Painâfocused assessments
- Patient communication and education
- Treatment planning and followâup visits
- Permanent supervising support physicians are always available to:
- Answer questions
- Review plans
- Provide guidance on complex cases
Qualifications
- Licensed NP or PAâC (new graduates welcome)
- Active unrestricted state license
- National certification
- BLS/CPR required (ACLS preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
