We are seeking a Geophysicist to join our Lloydminster Conventional team in Calgary. Reporting to the Manager Geosciences Lloydminster Conventional the Geophysicist will apply geophysical expertise across our conventional and polymer flood assets to support both operational and strategic decisionmaking. This role is key in enhancing reservoir exploitation optimizing well performance and supporting drilllocation selection. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with geologists reservoir engineers and development engineers.

Essential Functions

• Conduct highquality interpretation of 2D and 3D seismic datasets and integrate results with geological mapping across the Lloydminster Conventional asset base.

• Oversee seismic data processing and reprocessing; qualitycontrol stacks gathers and associated processing outputs.

• Provide geophysical support during both planning and execution phases of drilling operations including horizontal multilateral and deviated wells.

• Serve as the oncall operations contact for the Calgary office during drilling activities making realtime geosteering decisions as required.

• Ensure key learnings and technical insights are effectively shared with the broader team to support future drilling campaigns.

• As required manage the planning acquisition and quality control of new 2D and 3D seismic data to support the needs of the Lloydminster Conventional Business Unit.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Geophysics.

• 8 years of experience in the upstream oil and gas industry with a focus on conventional assets.

• Experience in conventional heavy oil development is considered an asset.

• Strong computer skills with demonstrated proficiency in Seisware.

• Proven expertise in seismic stratigraphic and structural interpretation including modelling synthetic ties amplitude mapping timetodepth conversion and attribute analysis.

• Experience supporting drilling operations is an asset.

• Commitment to technical excellence in both interpretations and presentations.

• Strong organizational problemsolving and prioritization skills.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and deliver clear professional presentations.

Work Environment

• Position is based in our Calgary head office.

• Occasional field travel may be required.
