Sales Force EffectivenessSFEグループは営業組織が最も効果的かつ生産性高く活動できるよう顧客ターゲティングリソース最適化インセンティブ設計を中心としたSFE戦略を計画実行しSales forceが最大の価値を創出できる環境を構築する

Role & Responsibility

J&J IM Sales forceの SFE戦略の策定をリードしその実行と進捗管理を統括する
SFEチームが担う3つの主要責任領域①顧客ターゲティングとTerritory設計②営業活動指標とリソース最適化③Sales incentive Award戦略運用について 高い品質とビジネスインパクトを伴う成果創出を推進する
チームメンバーの業務を管理指導し人材育成と能力開発をリードする
BUAPAC SFEチームCE内の関連チームなど多様なステークホルダーと協働し最適なSFEプログラムの設計合意実行を推進する
CEリーダーシップチームの一員として組織能力強化働き方の最適化人材育成イニシアチブへ貢献する

SFE営業企画データ分析マーケティング等における戦略立案施策運用の経験
ヘルスケア関連企業での3年以上の業務経験またはそれに準ずる経験
