Job Summary
Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and maintain all project documentation approvals and records.
- Verify supplier invoices submissions and compliance with procedures and legislation.
- Track project progress budgets timelines and risks; escalate issues when needed.
- Prepare reports statistics and presentations for stakeholders.
- Liaise with internal teams customers suppliers and contractors to resolve queries.
- Maintain accurate filing control mechanisms and supplier information.
- Support operational compliance process improvements and workflow efficiency.
- Promote Backbone and Tsebo services where relevant.
- Uphold SHEQ requirements and perform additional duties as required.
