Job Summary
Key job responsibilities
* Shepherd and write annual operating plan and other strategy roadmap and business review docs
* Partner with Finance on annual financial plan and other financial reporting requirements
* Drive annual planning roadmap prioritization goal setting and other rhythm of business activities
* Identify organizational pain points and opportunities for efficiency and improvement
* Design implement and refine mechanisms that scale globally and are fit for purpose locally
* Build effective relationships up down and across organizations
About the team
Device Software and Services is a horizontal technical organization that own software systems and programs that are foundational to Amazons portfolio of devices from Kindle Fire Tablet Fire TV and Echo to Ring Blink and eero. We build core capabilities that are leveraged at scale.
- 10 years of technical product or program management experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams building processes and coordinating release schedules
- 10 years of engineering experience
- 10 years of software development experience
- Bachelors degree
- Experience handling ambiguous or undefined challenges through strong problem solving abilities
- Experience in verbal and written communication for executive level leaders
- Experience leading strategic and financial planning for large organizations

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
