Job Summary

Sysco is looking for an EU PMO Partner to join our European PMO team on a full-time permanent basis. Reporting to the Head of EU PMO youll help drive programme and project management excellence across Sysco EU by supporting markets with best practice adoption Smartsheet development governance and data-driven insights.

This role is being offered on a remote basis with monthly travel across EU where necessary so you must be comfortable with international travel.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

  • Partner with EU Market PMOs to embed new ways of working and support process and training content development.
  • Ensure Market PMOs have strong knowledge of PMO practices and Smartsheet.
  • Design and deliver training on Programme and Project practices
  • Development of Smartsheet EU Blueprint artefacts
  • Supporting the facilitation of the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) process for changes to Smartsheet
  • Writing requirements for new processes or artefacts within Smartsheet and building in accordance with the EU SDLC process.
  • Writing training guides for use across all markets for Smartsheet and any artefacts that are used across markets.
  • Continuously analyse project data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Translate complex data into clear presentations with actionable recommendations.
  • Develop tools reports and processes to enhance analytical capability.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand insight needs and challenges.
  • Analyse project data to identify and escalate risks early.
  • Support health assessments and project closures with data-led insights.
  • Managing relationships with key stakeholders to identify insight requirements and the challenges theyre facing.
  • Analysing data and project information to identify risks to project delivery and highlighting risks before they come to fruition.
  • Supporting health assessments and project closures with data analysis to improve ways of working.
  • Responsible for ensuring project managers across all Sysco EU are updating on key data inputs i.e. ensuring that timelines risks and budget documentation is being completed.
  • Ensuring Project Managers across all Sysco EU are following PMO guidelines for delivering projects.
  • Maintain the project toolbox including template creation and document control.
  • Manage the PMO communication schedule and ensure consistent updates on The Dish.
  • Coordinate the Project Community schedule ensuring speakers slides and documentation are prepared.

About you:

You bring strong experience across PMO and project environments with expert-level capability in PPM tools such as Smartsheet. Skilled in building and configuring project artefacts dashboards and complex workflows and advanced Excel proficiency including creating sophisticated formulas. You have solid knowledge of project management methodologies and are confident interpreting project data to identify trends risks and improvement opportunities. Your analytical strengths include critical thinking trend analysis and the ability to translate complex information into clear structured reports and presentations. You are experienced in governance oversight ensuring adherence to PMO frameworks and have a strong understanding of the full project lifecycle from initiation through to closure. You communicate clearly and concisely across multiple markets adapting your approach to different cultures and working effectively with remote international teams. You are also competent in creating high quality documentation training guides and process materials with experience upskilling Project Managers across diverse environments.
