This is a senior high-profile position at the centre of the fixed business offering visibility and influence up to C-suite level internally and externally.
In this role you will:
- Lead the strategic and operational management of major fixed wholesale partners such as Openreach and CommunityFibre serving 1.4 million customers and driving significant growth.
- Own and nurture highimpact executivelevel relationships engaging up to SLT and CSuite to ensure alignment performance and longterm value.
- Negotiate commercial and marketing investments to accelerate growth across existing partnerships.
- Define and execute joint marketing strategies and cofunded initiatives that deliver measurable commercial and customer outcomes.
- Oversee partner governance and operations ensuring transparency compliance and strong operational performance.
- Act as the senior point of contact for strategic partner engagement planning and escalations.
- Collaborate across product marketing and operational teams to ensure seamless partner integration.
- Monitor market trends and partner innovations to shape strategy and strengthen competitive advantage.
- Own partner strategy and commercial performance using insight to identify growth opportunities and shape partnership priorities.
- Lead and develop a dottedline team member fostering high performance capability growth and engagement.

Who you are
- Youll bring a proven track record of delivering commercial value through strategic partnerships in complex fastmoving industries.
- Youll have seniorlevel experience in partnership management ideally within telecoms or related sectors.
- Youll be confident designing and running joint marketing strategies that achieve shared business outcomes.
- Youll understand wholesale operating models and governance frameworks insideout.
- Youll be an excellent negotiator and stakeholder manager comfortable influencing up to CSuite.
- Youll know how to lead highperforming teams and crossfunctional initiatives.
- Youll pair strong commercial acumen with a strategic datadriven mindset.
- Youll bring experience in advanced contract governance ensuring value creation compliance and transparency.
