The ideal candidate should be creative organized and capable of handling end-to-end marketing communication initiatives.Key Responsibilities:1. Social Media Management- Plan and execute social media strategy across LinkedIn Instagram Twitter etc.
- Create and schedule engaging content (posts banners videos).
- Manage company pages and respond to audience queries.
- Track analytics and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Improve brand visibility and engagement.
2. Public Relations (PR):- Coordinate with PR agencies and media partners.
- Draft press releases media notes and company announcements.
- Manage media coverage and brand positioning.
- Support leadership communication and corporate announcements.
3. Event Management:- Plan and execute corporate events exhibitions trade shows and webinars.
- Coordinate with vendors designers and internal teams.
- Manage event budgets and timelines.
- Ensure brand consistency in all event collaterals.
Required Skills:- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in handling LinkedIn and B2B marketing (preferred).
- Basic design knowledge (Canva Adobe etc.).
- Event coordination experience.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good vendor and stakeholder management skills.
Qualification:- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or related field.
- 35 years of relevant experience in MarCom / Marketing.
