Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented MarCom professional to manage company social media public relations and event activities. The ideal candidate should be creative organized and capable of handling end-to-end marketing communication initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management
Our client is a globally established semiconductor and electronic components distribution organization headquartered in Hong Kong with a strong presence across China ASEAN countries and India. The company partners with leading semiconductor manufacturers supporting customers through design-in application development and technology integration. With a focus on demand creation and global supply fulfilment the organization delivers technical logistics and end-to-end solution services across industries including Industrial Telecom Consumer Electronics Automotive and Computing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management
- Plan and execute social media strategy across LinkedIn Instagram Twitter etc.
- Create and schedule engaging content (posts banners videos).
- Manage company pages and respond to audience queries.
- Track analytics and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Improve brand visibility and engagement.
- Coordinate with PR agencies and media partners.
- Draft press releases media notes and company announcements.
- Manage media coverage and brand positioning.
- Support leadership communication and corporate announcements.
- Plan and execute corporate events exhibitions trade shows and webinars.
- Coordinate with vendors designers and internal teams.
- Manage event budgets and timelines.
- Ensure brand consistency in all event collaterals.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in handling LinkedIn and B2B marketing (preferred).
- Basic design knowledge (Canva Adobe etc.).
- Event coordination experience.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good vendor and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or related field.
- 35 years of relevant experience in MarCom / Marketing.
