Your Profile

• Bachelors degree in accounting (preferred) Economics Economic Engineering or a related field
• English higher intermediate.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel: formulas lookups filtering pivot tables data checks).
• Solid understanding of accounting and payroll fundamentals.
• Good knowledge of salary taxation and contributions
• high level of accuracy confidentiality and accountability; Ability to work with deadlines and manage sensitive data.

What Youll Do Day-to-Day

• Process and validate payroll data for a large employee population ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Apply payroll-related legislation and internal policies
• Check payroll calculations withholdings and net pay results
• Prepare payroll-related reports
• Maintain and update employee records in compliance with internal procedures and legal requirements
• Support personnel administration activities (contracts amendments suspensions terminations employee documents)
• Collaborate with HR & Finance Department as well as with external authorities/providers when required.
• Ensure strict confidentiality of employees and payroll data
