Based at our Christchurch office we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Coordinator to provide efficient support to our Commissioning team.
Core tasks:
- Provide key support to the General Manager - Ambulance Commissioning and the Commissioning Support Specialists day-to-day activities.
- Alongside the Commissioning Support Specialist assist in the facilitation of multiple concurrent projects.
- Assist with reporting and support the development and maintenance of documentation.
- Contribute as a team member enhancing service delivery and participating in relevant meetings.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support commissioning objectives.
Qualifications :
Ko wai koe - About you:
- Experience providing administrative/coordination support in a fast-paced and complex environment.
- Proven time management organizational and prioritization skills.
- Project co-ordinator or junior project management experience is a bonus!
- Be commercially aware when interacting with internal and external stakeholders and maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work effectively with senior team members.
- Knowledge of Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles and their application in community and healthcare environments.
