Within a strategic Data & AI Tribe you will contributeto the evolution of a Conversational AI Platform (CAP) a cloud-nativeenterprise-grade solution delivering scalable and secure RAG-based(Retrieval-Augmented Generation) conversational services across more than 30countries.
This platform enables business units to deploy AI-poweredbots bundled with secure digital widgets enhancing customer and partnerengagement while operating in a highly secure distributed cloud environment.
Your Mission
As a Conversational Agent AI Platform Engineer you willsupport both RUN and CHANGE activities related to the Conversational AIPlatform and its use cases.
You will:
Develop and administer Conversational AI use cases
Support onboarding of new countries and new use cases
Draft playbooks to scale and accelerate deployments
Monitor troubleshoot and follow up on incidents affectinglive bots
Contribute to environment setup and technical support
Participate in all Agile ceremonies
Collaborate closely with Tech Leads Product Owner BusinessAnalysts and cross-functional teams
Support continuous improvement technical debt reductionand vulnerability remediation
Technical Expertise Required
Core Skills
Python (strong proficiency required)
JavaScript
Web Services & API Management (contract-first APIGEE orsimilar)
RAG architecture & Document ingestion pipelines
Data pipeline development (Airflow)
Data preparation with Elasticsearch (vector databaseexposure)
Event-Driven Architecture
Cloud-native technologies (Docker Kubernetes Helm)
DevSecOps & CI/CD (Jenkins GitLab CI/CD Argo CD)
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
Agile methodologies
Nice to Have
Generative AI exposure
Shell scripting & automation
Microservices architecture design
Experience in Private Cloud environments
Collaboration & Impact
You will work alongside DevOps MLOps AIOps Data QASecurity and Architecture teams to ensure seamless delivery of AI-drivencapabilities.
