A leading international financial organization isaccelerating its AI & Cloud transformation strategy and is lookingfor a Conversational Agent AI Platform Engineer to join a global Data& AI Tribe.
You will contribute to the evolution and scaling of a ConversationalAI Platform (CAP) powered by RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)enabling secure and industrialized AI-driven customer interactions across 30countries.
This role combines Generative AI Cloud EngineeringDevSecOps and Data Pipelines offering exposure to enterprise-scale AIdeployments in highly secure environments.
Your Responsibilities
Contribute to run &change activities related to CAP use cases
Develop and support Conversational AI /RAG-based solutions
Build and manage Data Pipelines (Airflow)
Work with APIs API Management (Apigee) andWeb Services (contract-first)
Perform data preparation (Elasticsearch)
Support onboarding of new countries and AI usecases
Scale deployments and create playbooks for fasterrollouts
Monitor bots follow up on incidents & ensureplatform stability
Collaborate in full Agile lifecycle ceremonies
Required Technical Expertise
- 5 years of development experience
- Strong proficiency in Python (JavaScript is a plus)
- Experience with RAG pipelines document ingestion AI orchestration
- Strong experience with Web Services & API Management
- Airflow (process orchestration & data pipelines)
- Experience with Elasticsearch (vector database / data preparation)
- Cloud technologies: Docker Kubernetes Helm
- DevOps & CI/CD tools: Jenkins GitLab CI/CD Argo CD
- Event-Driven Architecture
- Agile methodologies
- Strong knowledge of Cybersecurity best practices
Nice to Have
- Shell scripting & automation
- Microservices architecture design
- Experience in large-scale AI platform deployments
