The ideal candidate must be capable of identifying and qualifying new customer prospects and successfully developing relationships. The primary goal is to increase the overall customer portfolio.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Aggressively cultivates the service market for potential service relationships
- Responds to bid invitations
- Reviews maintenance repair and installation bid specifications
- Surveys the equipment without supervision
- Prepares maintenance proposals
- Negotiates the terms of a successful contract award
Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Minimum of three (3) years of sales experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlooks Word Excel)
- Excellent and effective interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
- Ability to prioritize and meet the day-to-day demands
- Valid drivers license and safe driving record
