Were looking for an Implementation Specialist to deliver exceptional onboarding and software training experiences to new MedTrainer clients.
This is an entry-level client-facing role ideal for educators corporate trainers or early-career professionals who enjoy teaching technology and working directly with customers.
Youll guide clients through their first experience with our platform ensuring they feel confident supported and set up for long-term success.
What Youll Do
Lead Client Onboarding & Training
- Deliver engaging virtual software training sessions tailored to different user roles
- Adapt your delivery style based on audience needs (clinical staff administrators leadership)
- Build and maintain training resources and quick-reference guides
Manage Implementation Projects
- Own onboarding timelines from kickoff to go-live
- Track milestones and proactively resolve blockers
- Coordinate with Sales Product and Client Success teams
Serve as the Clients Primary Contact During Implementation
- Build trust and confidence from day one
- Conduct regular check-ins to ensure progress
- Provide thorough transition documentation for Client Success handoff
Support Adoption & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor early-stage platform usage
- Identify and address adoption gaps
- Share client feedback internally to improve processes and product experience
Qualifications :
Experience
- 13 years in teaching corporate training instructional design or client-facing support
- Experience managing multiple priorities or projects simultaneously
- Experience delivering virtual training is a plus
Skills
- Strong communication skills clear patient and engaging
- Ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical users
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable adapting when plans change
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software platforms
Education
Bachelors degree in Education Communications Healthcare Administration or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience considered.
