Get to Know the Role
As the Commercial Sales Process Lead you will lead the design governance and optimization of the regional lead-to-cash process across commercial products.
Reporting to the Head of Sales Operations you will shape how our sales organization operates at scale. You will integrate AI-driven sales tools CRM systems automation and analytics into everyday workflows to enhance productivity and decision-making.
You will be the bridge between commercial strategy and technology enablement ensuring that our sales processes are scalable and future-ready.
You will be based fully on site in Jakarta.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Oversee and improve the end-to-end commercial lead-to-cash process across markets and products
- Improve adoption of AI-powered sales tools to enhance pipeline visibility lead prioritization forecasting accuracy and sales productivity
- Partner with Sales Marketing Finance Product and Tech teams to embed automation and experienced workflows into the commercial process
- Identify opportunities to use predictive analytics and AI insights to improve conversion rates sales velocity and revenue realization
- Design and implement governance frameworks SOPs and guides to standardize commercial best practices
- Translate commercial strategy into structured workflows supported by CRM and AI-enabled systems
- Lead projects to remove friction in the sales cycle and improve operational efficiency
- Facilitate partner workshops to agree on process design prioritization and technology roadmap
- Be a central contact for sales process and sales tools transformation initiatives
- Provide leadership visibility on commercial performance metrics and process optimization opportunities
- Focused on commercial process and sales technology excellence
Qualifications :
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- 5 years of experience in Sales Operations Commercial Operations Revenue Operations or related roles
- Experience with commercial excellence metrics (pipeline management conversion rates quota attainment forecasting revenue tracking)
- Demonstrated senior partners and lead agreement
- With the ability to translate insights into action
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and sales tools
- Excellent project management
- Experience leading regional or multi-market projects
- Experience in digital advertising marketplace or technology-driven businesses
- Salesforce or CRM certifications
