This position will be contracted through Boschs external vendor under a one-year agreement.
The EDS department focuses on software tooling development to support embedded products in the Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) domain. We develop tools that streamline software and system development for technologies such as radar video and ultrasonic sensors. Serving global teams across Japan China Europe and Vietnam we contribute to the advancement of secure safe and intelligent mobility solutions.
We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our growing engineering team and support the stability scalability and performance of our cloud and on-premises infrastructure. This is a hands-on role requiring strong problem-solving skills deep coding experience and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex production issues. Ideal candidates will be comfortable working in hybrid environments and have solid experience with cloud platforms Kubernetes and automation tools.
Responsibilities:
- Infrastructure & Hybrid Cloud: Conceptualize and deploy immutable infrastructure via IaC (Terraform Bash scripting) to facilitate deterministic resource allocation. Manage the complex interplay between legacy localized hardware and Azure services to ensure seamless data persistence and network latency optimization.
- Orchestration & Containers: Supervise Kubernetes-based orchestration implementing sophisticated performance tuning and incident mitigation strategies to maintain modular highly available microservices.
- CI/CD & Pipeline Optimization: Orchestrate the optimization of automated delivery lifecycles using GitHub Actions and Azure. Establish high-fidelity software provenance and deployment velocity through programmatic manipulation of GitHub/Bitbucket APIs.
- System Reliability & Troubleshooting: Execute multi-vector root-cause analysis to remediate systemic anomalies. Lead end-to-end incident lifecycles from heuristic debugging of distributed architectures to the final resolution.
- Strategy & Continuity: Develop and lead end-to-end cloud migration strategies and disaster recovery (DR) frameworks. Formulate technical schematics and implementation roadmaps that integrate backend service dependencies with automation logic.
- Governance & Collaboration: Codify enterprise-grade SCM standards and version control protocols. Facilitate high-bandwidth collaboration across DevOps QA and Engineering domains to synchronize sprints with reliability objectives.
Qualifications :
- Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Experience: 4 years of specialized experience in a DevOps domain with a proven track record in high-velocity mission-critical environments.
- Technical Mastery: * Advanced proficiency in Terraform and cloud-native provisioning (CloudFormation or ARM templates).
- Deep competency in Docker and Kubernetes abstraction layers.
- Extensive experience with Azure Bitbucket and GitHub Actions.
- Soft Skills: Demonstrated efficacy in technical leadership and interdisciplinary communication. You must be a proactive owner capable of driving resolution in fast-paced environments.
- Analytical Depth: Advanced capacity for the deconstruction of multifaceted distributed systems and the remediation of systemic pathologies.
