We are looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Manager to join our HR team as a regional Center of Expertise for the Americas (North Central and South America). This is a key individual contributor role responsible for the design implementation and management of the regions compensation and benefits programs in alignment with Boschs regional & global strategy.
The ideal candidate will act as the primary subject matter expert for all C&B topics supporting our HR partners and business leaders. A critical aspect of this role will be supporting the harmonization of C&B programs in a post-merger acquisition environment ensuring our strategies are competitive equitable and aligned with our global and regional principles.
Regional Compensation & Benefits Strategy and Harmonization
- Develop and implement a comprehensive harmonization roadmap for all Compensation & Benefits (C&B) programs across the Americas partnering closely with Divisional HR Leadership and Corporate Functional Leaders at both global and regional levels.
- Lead C&B integration efforts related to mergers and acquisitions ensuring seamless transitions and alignment of compensation structures and benefit programs.
- Serve as the regional subject matter expert and trusted advisor on all C&B topics for HR teams and business leaders.
Compensation Management
- Lead and coordinate the annual salary review (ASR) process across the Americas region ensuring consistency fairness and alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct job evaluations and manage local grading structures to maintain internal equity and external market competitiveness.
- Provide strategic oversight and project leadership for sales short-term incentive (STI) plans and other variable pay programs.
- Articulate and communicate the regional pay mix and total rewards philosophy to key stakeholders.
- Manage external vendor partnerships (e.g. Mercer) to support salary benchmarking and market data analysis.
Benefits and Pension Oversight
- Oversee occupational benefits and pension programs across multiple countries within the region.
- Ensure all benefit offerings are competitive compliant with local regulations and aligned with workforce needs.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Advisory
- Act as the primary regional representative and interface for the C&B function.
- Equip and empower local HR partners (HRLs/HRGs) with tools training and expert guidance on all C&B-related matters.
- Provide specialized advisory support for senior-level roles (e.g. SL3 positions) ensuring alignment with leadership compensation strategy.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Finance Business Administration or a related field.
- 7-10 years of progressive experience in Compensation & Benefits.
- Essential: Demonstrable experience supporting C&B activities in a post-merger acquisition environment including program analysis design and harmonization.
- Deep experience managing compensation and benefits programs across multiple countries within the Americas (North Central and South America).
- Strong knowledge of job evaluation methodologies and experience with grading systems (e.g. IPE).
- Proven track record of managing annual compensation cycles incentive plans and benefits administration.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data identify trends and make data-driven recommendations.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is between $157000- $177000. Within the range individual pay is determined based on several factors including but not limited to work experience and job knowledge complexity of the role job location etc. This range does not include annual bonus percentage nor any other monetary considerations for the total compensation package.
