Job Summary
Acumatica is hiring for an Accounts Receivable & Collections Manager. The AR and Collections Manager is responsible for all aspects of collections and payment application process ensuring timely payments reducing delinquent accounts and building strong relationships with customers. This role reports to the Director revenue accounting and were open to hire remotely anywhere in the United States.
Job Responsibilities:
- Customer Relations communicate effectively with customers to resolve payment issues negotiate payment terms and handle disputes professionally.
Accounts Receivable Management monitor accounts receivable portfolio to ensure timely payments and reduce outstanding receivables.
Payment application management.
Collections Strategy develop and implement policies and procedures for collections to minimize bad debt and improve recovery rates.
Reporting prepare regular reports on aging collection trends DSO and bad debt performance.
Team Leadership lead mentor and train the collections team to achieve department goals.
Collaboration work closely with accounting sales and legal teams to resolve customer account issues and disputes.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree Business Administration Finance or a related field.
- 3 years of experience as a Collections Manager receivable Manager or similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong English communication skills both written and spoken.
- Detail oriented individual with proficient organization and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with SaaS and value-added reseller relationship a plus.

For this role the salary range is $115000-$125000 annually. This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job and may vary based on location. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors including skills qualifications experience and other relevant elements.
At Acumatica certain roles are eligible for additional rewards including annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual addition certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization depending on the terms of the plan and the employees role.
