- Manage daily F&B operations including restaurant and bar service to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain brand consistency
- Monitor inventory stock rotation and equipment maintenance identifying needs and minimizing losses and breakage
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue while maintaining cost efficiency and profit margins
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism resolving issues promptly and keeping management informed
- Coordinate with other departments (front office reservations housekeeping) to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction
- Conduct staff training and onboarding programs ensuring all team members understand service standards safety protocols and product knowledge
- Maintain a clean organized and safe workplace that adheres to the organizations environmental commitments and security regulations
- Prepare and analyze reports on sales performance labor costs and operational metrics to support decision-making

Qualifications :

- Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage operations service standards and menu offerings
- Proficiency in inventory management stock control and cost analysis
- Solid understanding of food safety hygiene regulations and health and safety compliance
- Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with the capacity to multitask effectively
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisive decisions under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Physical stamina for standing walking and working in a fast-paced environment
