Were looking for a Partner Operations Manager to join our London this role youll help us optimise delivery performance for our highest-volume partners ensuring a seamless experience for customers at scale.

What Youll Be Doing

Youll be joining the Partner Operations team within the UK & Ireland department. We are a dedicated group focused on improving the end-to-end delivery journey for our largest restaurant and grocery partners in our most mature market.

Heres what your day-to-day might look like:

• Optimise Partner Performance: Drive measurable improvements in delivery operations for high-volume partners identifying bottlenecks and testing scalable solutions.

• Bridge Commercial & Ops: Equip our commercial teams with the tools and data-led insights needed to improve site-level performance and partner satisfaction.

• Advocate for Partners: Collaborate with Product teams to ensure the voice of the partner informs new feature development and lead the internal and external rollout of these tools.

• Scale New Growth: Lead the operational launch of new partner sites and the expansion of existing ones ensuring high performance from day one.

• Strategic Stakeholder Management: Build rigorous operational proposals and lead negotiations with senior internal and external stakeholders to align on shared goals.
