Key Responsibilities:

Provide courteous and professional support through phone email and chat
Manage diverse inquiries including service requests account assistance and basic troubleshooting

Escalate complex or sensitive issues following established procedures
Partner with internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate resolutions

Requirements:

Language Skills: Fluent in Austrian German (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
Skills: Strong analytical creative and communication abilities
Mindset: Professional detail-oriented proactive and eager to learn and grow in the CS field
