About Our Client:
Our client is a leading player in South America. They are committed to providing an exciting accurate and secure betting experience for our customers across various sports. They are currently seeking a meticulous and analytically-driven Sportsbook Trader to join our dynamic trading team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and review customer accounts investigating activities and patterns to identify potential fraud.
- Analyze players betting behaviors and patterns for suspicious activity.
- Investigate and take appropriate action on fraud-impacting activities including bonus and promotion abuse.
- Escalate complex or unresolved fraud situations to managers and assist in handling intricate fraud cases.
- Conduct weekly checks of top winning accounts to identify possible links with other groups or users.
- Examine observed groups for related accounts or activity.
- Cross-reference account activity against a list of suspicious/dodgy matches for linked behaviors.
- Process and resolve auto-generated cases via the Back Office alert system.
- Identify and take appropriate action against linked accounts and groups.
- Detect duplicate accounts and forward them to the relevant department for closure.
- Locate and lock inactive/dormant accounts.
- Support the supervisor in responding to escalations from other departments.
