Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Construction Management or related field
- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or in a similar role
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in contract management software
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in contract administration within the construction industry
- Familiarity with construction contract laws and regulations
