In this collaboration with Bioneer DTU Bioengineering DTU Health Tech and KU DTU Compute is aiming to create a shared data framework and platform to pioneering models and methods with applications to stems cells for screening purposes and cell-based therapies. We will develop methods for modelling missing not at random (MNAR) observationsand quantifying uncertainty using Bayesian methods and deep learning architectures to improve and optimize stem cell differentiation and manufacturing.

Salary and terms of employment
The appointment will be based on the collective agreement with the Danish Confederation of Professional Associations. The allowance will be agreed upon with the relevant union.
