Job Summary

Quality Engineer (EndtoEnd) Nagykanizsa

Join Nilfisk as a Quality Engineer and take full ownership of manufacturing quality in a dynamic fastpaced production this key role you will drive investigations improve processes collaborate across functions and influence the quality performance of our endtoend value chain. If you enjoy problemsolving working closely with production teams and making a real impact on product reliability and customer satisfaction this opportunity is for you. This role is based in Nagykanizsa and reports to the Quality Manager.

Essential Responsibilities

Quality control & issue resolution

Lead investigation and resolution of internal production nonconformities.
Conduct structured root cause analyses (8D 5Why Ishikawa) and ensure effective corrective actions.
Reduce internal scrap rework and warranty risks through preventive and systemic actions.
Monitor and improve quality KPIs including FPY DPM COPQ and internal defect rates.
Analyse and resolve material or componentrelated issues during assembly.

Process & systems development

Develop improve and simplify quality control processes and inspection methods.
Maintain and update quality work instructions control plans and qualityrelated documentation.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 along with Nilfisks internal EHS regulations.

Supplier quality management

Handle supplierrelated nonconformities create supplier claims and follow up on corrective actions.
Audit evaluate and support the development of suppliers.
Follow supplier change notifications and forward relevant updates to technicians.

Customer quality

Manage and coordinate customer complaints (TFRs and claims).
Ensure structured feedback loops to Production Engineering and Quality teams.
Prevent recurrence through strong rootcause elimination.

Project & NPI support

Support quality aspects of new product introduction (NPI) projects.
Build up quality control systems for new products.
Take part in PFMEA validation activities and production rampup phases.
Provide quality expertise to project teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications to Succeed in the Position

Degree in Mechanical Electrical Industrial Engineering or a related technical field
Experience in manufacturing quality environments
Strong knowledge of rootcause methodologies and quality tools (8D FMEA Control Plan SPC)
Understanding of production quality systems and process validation
Experience in supplier and customer claim handling
Working proficiency in English and Hungarian
A structured analytical mindset with strong problemsolving abilities
Ability to collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders
