TheSales Analystis a critical role within theUKI Sales team focused on delivering analytics and strategic support toSharkNinjascross functional partners across product development retail execution performanceoptimizationand proactive business insights. The role willbe responsible forbuilding and managing sales tracking tools and acting as the expert on trendssub categoriesand retail level performance analysis. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and strategic Sales Analyst who thrives in a fast paced data driven environment and enjoys turning insights into action.

Position based in our London office - 3 days a week(Tue-Thu)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the customer and category sales performance expert internally generating and presenting actionable insights on pricing promotional impacts positioning competitive landscapeforecastingand market needs to develop comprehensive strategies that drive revenue whilemaintainingprofitability
  • Identifycategory gaps and opportunities for assigned customers helping to increase distribution improve display and strengthen overall execution.
  • Assistin the management of the demand planning process tracking current categorytrendsandleveragingthem to develop future forecasts communicating opportunity gaps and risks
  • Serve as the voice of theSales team ininternal cross-functional meetings highlighting trends and opportunities for expansion within current and adjacent categories
  • Build strong partnerships both internal and external facing with customer service mindset
  • Communicating for impact: Driveobjectiveanalytics - communicating actions needed for better performance
  • Ad Hoc Analysis - Ability to quickly process situations anddeterminewhat information/data isrequiredto generate actionable insights
  • Innate curiosity and desire to find creative solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of relevant work experience within category management salesanalysisor financial analysis
  • Critical - Advanced Microsoft Excel / Office skills
  • Thorough experience withpivottableslarge quantitiesof data building charts
  • Ability to take large data sets and boil down to simple takeaways
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and detail oriented ensuring deadlines are met
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to present andcalibrate oncritical challenges to internal and external partners
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
