当該ポジションではGuidewireシステムの設計担当者を探しています設計担当者としてGuidewireクラウドプロジェクトを責任を持って滞りなく進めていただきますまたアーキテクチャ設計システム設計ITプログラムチームのリードもおまかせします
職務内容と責任:
- Guidewireクラウドプロジェクトにおけるシステム開発プロセス全体を監督する
- クラウドベースのアーキテクチャおよびシステム設計
- システム上の課題を解決しリスクを管理する
- プロジェクトチームメンバーに対して技術的および分析的サポートを提供する

応募条件と資格:
- 日本の顧客向けプロジェクトをベンダー側で参画したご経験5年以上
- ステークホルダーマネジメントのご経験
- システムアーキテクチャおよび設計に精通していること
- 顧客課題の解決において現地のデリバリーチームと協力して業務を遂行できる能力
- 優れたコミュニケーション能力
- 日本語がネイティブレベルであること
歓迎される経験:
- 保険業界または金融サービス業界での経験
- Agile/Leanの経験を持つPMP資格保有者
- Guidewireクラウドの経験
- AWSまたはAzureおよびシステム統合の経験が3年以上あること
言語要件:
- 日本語ネイティブ
- 英語あれば尚可必須ではない
- その他の言語中国語あれば尚可
