Your Role
We are seeking a hands-on AI Solution Architect (Senior Consultant / Manager) - with recent experience in GenAI RAG and Agentic AI to lead both client delivery and solution design. This is a hybrid role combining delivery leadership technical architecture and pre-sales ownership. Ideal for a Lead/Senior AI/ML Engineer Tech Lead or Junior AI Architect who is ready to step into a broader solution architect role and keen to move into a consultative and client facing role while staying technical.
Responsibilities
Clientfacingandprojectdelivery:
- Designandarchitectend-to-endGenAI/LLM-basedsolutionsincludingRAGpipelinesagentframeworksvectordatabasesandorchestrationlayers
- ActasSolutionArchitectand/orTechnicalLeadonclientprojectsguidingtechnicalteamsandensuringqualityscalabilityandperformance
- Leadandfacilitatearchitectureworkshopswithbusinessandtechnicalstakeholderstodefinefuture-statesolutions
- Buildandpresentdemosandproof-of-conceptsusingavarietyofGenAItoolsframeworksandmodels(open-sourceorcommercial)
Commercial:
- Drivethetechnicalsideofpre-salescollaboratingwithsalesandengagementteamstoshapewinningproposals
- Ledthediscoveryworkshop/session
Technical:
- Stay hands-on and up-to-date with evolving GenAI / Agentic AI tech stack: LLM APIs prompt frameworks agent orchestration and cloud-native ML tools application data platform and AI platform
Practicedevelopment:
- Drive the technical capabilities and reusable technical assets including reference architecture code baseline reference technical documentation template
- Drivealltechnicalconceptualframeworkdevelopmentandprovidethoughtleadershipincooperationwithotherconsultingcolleagues
- Mentorjuniorengineersandensuredeliveryexcellenceacrossengagements
Your Profile
- More than 5 years experience in consulting or tech services
- 23yearsofrecentexperiencebuildingordesigningGenAI/RAG/AgenticAIsystems
- Strong Data/AI/ML software engineering background with hands-on experience in Python APIs embeddings vector stores and orchestration tools (LangChain LangGraph CrewAI etc.) LLMOps/MLOps
- ExperiencewithLLMs()vectorDBs()
- Experiencewithcloudplatforms(AzureAWSorGCP)orCloudagnosticplatformsuchasDatabricks
- ExperiencewithproductionizeAI/MLmodelandbuildapplicationaroundit
- Experienceworkinginconsultingorsystemintegrator(SI)firmswithexposuretoclient-facingdelivery
- GoodknowledgeofAI/ML
- ComfortableleadingtechnicalteamsandpresentingtoC-levelandenterprisearchitects
