Aswe transition from a services-based model to a product-led company were expanding our Product team and looking for a Product Owner to lead workflow-focused initiatives across the organisation. This role sites at the intersection of product engineering and operations driving the execution of features that directly enable and scale client delivery. Youllplay a key role in growing our Bengaluru-based Product team and have clear ownershipof how impactful scalable solutions are brought to life.

To meet the needs of our global team and customer base in this role you willworka UKtimezoneshift from2-11pm IST.

How Youll Make an Impact:

• Own and drive workflow-related initiatives that improve efficiency across delivery teams.
• Work closely with product management to translate strategy into clear actionabledeliverables.
• Collaborate with engineers and TechnicalProjectManagers (TPMs)to plan refine and deliver features end-to-end.
• Break down business requirements into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria that support high-quality execution.
• Ensure alignment across teams by clearly communicating priorities scope andexpected outcomes.
• Identifyopportunities to streamline automate and improve howwork flowsthroughKonovossystems.

What Were Looking For:

• 3 years of experience working as a Product Owner or in a similar delivery-focused product role preferably within the healthcare technology or market research industry.
• Strong ability to translate business and operational problems into clear product requirements.
• Comfort working closely with engineers product managers and technical project managers.
• Strong communicationskills both written and verbal andthe ability to workin cross-functional teams.
• High attention to detail balanced with an understanding of broadersystemand business impact.
• Adaptability to thrive in a fast-changing environment while navigating challenges collaboratively.
• Proficiencywith product and delivery tools such as Jira Confluence or similar backlog and documentation platforms.
• Familiarity withAgile or Scrum frameworks including backlog refinement sprint planning and iteration-based delivery.
• Fluent (speaking reading writing) in English.
