Job Summary
Our Drive the Future Program participants will join the JPMorganChase team in Colombia and will receive several trainings & coaching to develop professional skills while experiencing our inclusive culture led by our principles: Service Hearth Curiosity Courage and Excellence. This is a full-time intern role.
In this opportunity the Investment Banking team is looking for a new participant. The team is responsible for generating and executing transactions that transform the corporate environment: mergers and acquisitions public share offerings and debt issuances in local and international market.
Job Responsibilities:
- Bachelor students Economics Finance Business Administration Accountancy etc
- Advanced English
- Knowledge of the Office package
- Full-time availability
- 100% in person work
Job Requirements:
- Participation in the origination and execution of mergers and acquisitions and share offering transactions
- Industry & Market research
- Preparation of internal and client presentations
- Economic financial and corporate analysis of companies
- Preparation of financial projection and company valuation models
