The Team
Our Marketing team is the business growth accelerator for the Axis brand creating a high brand preference brand experience and positioning our brand as the market leader in safety and security solutions in Japan. One of the key brand experiences is our state-of-the-art Axis Experience Center (AEC) where it our showroom of the latest security product and solutions. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic marketing professional to join our team and elevate our AEC brand experience.
This position is based in Tokyo Japan and reporting to the Japan marketing leader.
What youll do here
As the Axis Marketing & Experience Center Manager you will be a champion for our physical and digital marketing efforts. Your mission is to create unforgettable customer experiences that generate and nurture leads showcase our innovative products and drive business growth. While the Axis Experience Center is your primary stage your influence will extend across our entire marketing value chain in Axis Japan.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Axis Experience Center (AEC) Management:Flawlessly plan and coordinate all visits tours and meetings at the AEC acting as a key point of contact for hosts and guests to ensure a world-class experience.
- AEC Operational Efficiency: Ownership of the exhibition environment including enlisting Sales or Technical support teams assistance with product replacement maintenance and operational checks.
- Event Management:Own the strategy and execution for key marketing events from not only events at the AEC but also tradeshows conferences and bespoke customer workshops ensuring they meet strategic goals.
- Content & Campaign Strategy:Ensure all content within the AEC are refreshed such as presentations videos and demos is compelling up-to-date and aligned with our product marketing objectives.
- Lead Management:Implement and oversee processes to capture qualify and nurture leads generated from the AEC events and other marketing activities utilizing our CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Digital Channel Management:Contribute to our online presence by managing website content related to events and the AEC and leveraging social media to promote our activities and engage our community.
- Data-Driven Improvement:Gather statistics and analysed data from all activities to measure ROI optimize content refine the customer journey and continuously improve our marketing programs
- Enhance our AEC experience: reflect and provide input to HQ and the AEC council on where we can enhance the overall AEC experience.
Who are we looking for
We are seeking a rare blend of logical planner story teller and creative marketer. You have a proven track record in event marketing experience spaces marketing product marketing and solutions marketing and you are passionate about bringing products and solutions to life. You understand how to connect marketing activities directly to business results and thrive in a role that requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. Additionally knowledge and experience in network products in IT company are desirable.
We believe you possess:
- Experience in product and solution marketing within the IT channel preferred
- IT experience or knowledge in networking IP-based technologies cloud technologies and applications network infrastructure (TCP/IP) software and hardware technology are an advantage.
- 10 years of professional experience of which at least 5 years has been in event management or project management
- A genuinepassion for technology with the ability to quickly grasp the value of our products and solutions and articulate them to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrable experience inevent managementlead management and usingmarketing automationtools (Pardot will be an advantage) and Salesforce CRM.
- A strong background that includeswebsite managementand professionalsocial media management.
- A highly organized multi-tasking mindset with the ability to manage complex projects from start to finish.
- An outgoing people-focused personality with exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues partners and customers.
- A proactive problem-solving approach and the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Fluency in bothJapaneseandEnglishis essential.
