計画策定スケジュール管理予算管理を含むプロジェクトのエンドツーエンド管理 - ステークホルダーとの調整
経営層業務部門ITチームベンダーとの円滑なコミュニケーションと調整 - 要件定義Fit/Gap分析の推進
ビジネス要件の整理標準機能との適合性評価追加要件の特定 - プロジェクトガバナンスの確立
品質管理リスク管理課題管理変更管理の実施 - 移行計画テスト計画カットオーバー計画の策定と実行
データ移行統合テストユーザー受入テストGo-Live準備のリード - プロジェクト報告書経営層向け資料の作成
進捗報告リスク分析意思決定支援資料の作成 - チームマネジメント

必須条件
- SAP導入プロジェクト管理経験 5年以上
- S/4HANAまたはECCに関する知識経験

- 大規模プロジェクトにおける計画策定予算管理リスク管理の実務経験

Requirements
Must
Minimum 5 years of experience in managing SAP implementation projects
Knowledge and experience with SAP S/4HANA or ECC
Strong project management skills (PMBOK Agile Waterfall)
Business-level communication skills in both Japanese and English (meetings documentation negotiation)
Hands-on experience in planning budgeting and risk management for large-scale projects
Ability to manage and coordinate stakeholders including executive-level contacts
Nice to have
Experience in SAP implementation projects within the automotive industry
Leadership experience in global projects involving overseas collaboration
SAP certification (e.g. SAP Certified Application Associate)
Project management-related certifications such as ITIL or PMP
Experience in AMS (Application Management Services) or post-go-live support phases
Experience with cloud environments (RISE with SAP Azure AWS)
