Whether youre just beginning your nursing prerequisites or already enrolled in a nursing program this initiative is designed to empower you from the classroom to the patient room.

Program Benefits & Highlights:
This program offers up to $10000/year in tuition support covering 1 year of prerequisites and 2 years of the Nursing program. Funding includes tuition books registration/lab/technology fees clinical scrubs and more. It is designed to support a smooth transition into professional practice after graduation and provides direct career pathway opportunities within Mercy.
Eligibility Criteria:
Enrolled in nursing prerequisites or actively enrolled in a nursing program at a participating school (RN & LPN)

Work & Commitment Requirements:
Work a minimum of 16 hours per pay period (every 2 weeks) in a Patient Care Associate Nurse Tech or similar role (must be a hospital-based position)
Must sign a contract agreeing to work 13 years at Mercy South after graduation (depending on years funded)
