YOUR ROLE
We are looking fora Senior AI Technical Managerto join our teams in Lisbon.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Lead AI projects end-to-end technically from ideation to delivery;
Support the definition and evolution of Capgemini Portugals AI offering;
Identify opportunities for AI application in clients and participate in pre-sales initiatives;
Act as a technical reference for the team promoting best practices and mentoring;
Interact with internal and external stakeholders to ensure strategic and technical alignment;
- Work with traditional AI technologies (ML NLP CV etc.) and solutions from major hyperscalers: Google Cloud AWS and Microsoft Azure.
YOUR PROFILE
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI projects with a strong technical and leadership component;
- Proficiency in AI architectures and solutions including MLOps data pipelines ML models and integration with cloud platforms;
- Experience with hyperscaler tools and services (Vertex AI SageMaker Azure ML etc.);
- Entrepreneurial mindset ability to work in ambiguous environments and high degree of autonomy;
- Strong results orientation and business owner mindset;
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
