What you will be overdue debt letters in accordance with company policyIssue Weekly Debt Reports to your designated regions highlighting key issues and areas for escalationBuild effective relationships between Credit Control and the park staff to ensure the debt process is followed and the debt is being actively chasedCarry out weekly debt calls with the Admin Managers or Owner Experience Managers documenting all correspondence and detail the action points agreedMeet personal KPIs targets and support the Credit Control Team to meet team monthly targets and KPIs Investigate and answer queries relating to holiday homeowner debt Work within a team on projects in a timely mannerCash match unallocated payments Review and resolve invoices placed in disputeWork closely with the outsource debt company to assist with queries and reporting On occasion you may be asked to perform additional duties or duties unrelated to your role after appropriate training has been of the skills and experience we are looking working in a credit control role with responsibility for debt collectionHighly numerate and analytical with excellent attention to detailExperience of high volume transactional process managementExcellent Excel and presentation skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsCommitment to high quality and excellent customer serviceExperience in process improvements timeliness accuracy and efficiencyStrong planning time management and organisational skillsWhatever you do please dont filter yourself out!
