Job Description:
Role Purpose
This role is responsible for driving business growth through highimpact content that clearly articulates our capabilities value proposition and success stories. Working closely with the Marketing Team Manager and crossfunctional stakeholders the role will create core content assetssuch as capability decks case studies and thought leadershipand strategically repurpose them into engaging formats that help audiences quickly understand retain and act on our message.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with marketing sales and internal teams to shape clear messaging strategic narratives and compelling marketing assets aligned to business growth goals
- Develop highquality content across formats including capability decks case studies presentations emails videos and campaign collateral
- Translate complex ideas into clear engaging and audiencefriendly content that supports sales enablement and decisionmaking
- Repurpose core content into multiple formats (e.g. presentations snippets visual summaries digital assets) to maximize reach relevance and reuse across channels
- Manage update and organize marketing assets to ensure brand consistency accuracy and ease of access for internal teams
- Analyse campaign performance and content effectiveness to ensure outcomes are met
- Conduct research and competitor analysis to strengthen positioning storytelling and content credibility
MustHave Skills & Experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of grammar and tone
- Proven experience creating structured businessfocused content (e.g. decks case studies internal or external communications)
- Experience supporting engagements or events
- Ability to think strategically and structure complex information into clear compelling narratives
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Analytical and problemsolving mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
