Job Description
- MS/ME/MTECH with10years of experience in EE CECSor equivalent isrequired
- Strong experience in embedded systems operating systems including RTOS Linux operating systems kernel internals
- Experience with C programming and debugging isa must
- Very good understanding onNetworking components like TCP/IP
- Having abackgroundonWiFi software development is desired
- Exposure to ARM processor architecture isrequired
- Experience with SDIO/PCIe/USB bus interface is preferred
- Need to work independently on tasks from understanding the requirements todesign implementation and need to work cross function teams
- Strong Communication skills good team player
Job Role
- The person willbe responsible fordesign implementing and unit test for software features on NXPsWireless LANIEEE802.11 a/b/g/n/acWiFi SoC
- Involved in development and performance tuning for throughput and power consumption with host interfaces including PCIe SDIO and USB etc.
- Design implement and unit test for NXPs WiFi Software Solution on existing as well as upcomingSoCs
- Development of LinuxWiFi/Bluetooth device driver on Linuxand Androidplatform
- Experience with board bring-up Android/LinuxYoctoBSP and knowledge of Android system internals preferred
- Involved in designing Software solutions for new features adding enhancement toexisting features
- Debugging issues reported by test team customers asrequiredon various platforms
- Development of software in RTOS environment in ARM based platform
